The program admits current EMTs. Make sure you meet each requirement below before you submit your application.
Prerequisite: You must already hold a current Ohio EMT-B license or NREMT certification to apply.

- Current CPR cardBLS for Healthcare Providers or equivalent.
- Valid driver's licenseA current, valid license is required for field internship.
- BCI/FBI background checkState and federal background screening.
- Health physical screeningA pre-admission physical examination.
- Shot recordsUp-to-date immunization records.
- Initial deposit — $1,000A deposit reserves your seat in the cohort.
Tuition is $10,500.
You don't pay it all at once — split it into four quarterly payments of about $2,625. A separate $1,000 deposit holds your seat in the cohort.
